Monday, November 19, 2012 | 2:40 PM | 0Comment Hi :) Assalamualaikum. That number up there is my section for this semester. Just now at 10am to 12pm was my first class. It was supposed to end at 1pm but well, my lecturer, Brother Wan Syahrum, end it early after finishing half a chapter. New section means new classmates. And my classmates for this semester are nearly equal. In gender. So like the number of girls and guys are nearly the same. It's kinda weird to me though. I mean, last semester, there were only three girls in my class and 20 guys. I call my class last sem, The Good Looking Retards. Nobody knows. It's just me who came up with that. Why Good Looking? Well, basically, we are good looking. Hahahahahaha! Not to brag or to perasan but we just are. At least, that's what I think. Beauty is subjective they say. But it really is. So, if you don't think I'm right, it doesn't matter though. I'm not going to argue about that at all. Why Retards? Because we just are. The guys especially. Well, we're not technically retarded, it's just when somebody in our class asks a question, they just never fail to make us laugh. It's just so funny. The guys always make the jokes and we girls, laughed. Some of the guys especially Jaafar and Izzul has this 'text' joke. That, I don't want to spill it here. It's really funny and sometimes annoying when they make that joke.
I miss my old classmates especially Dijah and Iylia :'( They are so much fun. I really love them all. We were the 97s. I want to be with them forever if possible :( So much fun!
It's not that weird to have the equal number of girls and guys in a class but it's weird when I'm the only new kid in that section. They're really nice tho. It's not that I don't know all of them. I know Ayu, Fatin (The second Nadia Ibrahim), Filzah (The second Shafiqa Aquilah), Huda and Najmuddin. Well, basically I know Ayu from Taaruf Week. Same goes to Fatin. And she coincidentally was my classmate's roommate. Get it? My classmate was Iylia. Fatin was Iylia's roommate. Filzah, I saw her many times. Because she looks sooooooo like Shafiqa, I always wanted to ask her is she somehow related to Shafiqa. Filzah is also my roomies' friend. Huda too. So I just know them just like that. Not that I pernah cakap dgn diorang dulu. Lastly, Najmuddin. I know him from debate.
The girls seem fun! They were so friendly :) So they make it less awkward for me. Thanks guys. I mean girls.
My Problem.
I don't know how to make new friends. It's just too awkward. I am friendly if you get to know me but before somebody knows me, they maybe will think I'm like the arrogant kid. It's not arrogant. There's a word called shy. And Shy, is who I am. I'm just shy around new people and people I'm not used to. I don't know how to not be shy. I just hope my classmates now don't get offended and would understand if I don't extend the conversations they make. I just don't know how to. Sometimes they ask me something like which level am I staying at, basic basic things and what I do is answer the question and forgot to ask back. And when I realized our conversation was dead, it's just too late to ask back. Maybe it's not too late but I am just soooooooo shy. I'm sorry guys :( I'll try though.
I did manage to tell Filzah that she looks like Shafiqa tho! Hihi. At least, there is a topic I can strart a conversation with. But I don't think I can use it again. Haha obviously!
I hope my new classmates would somehow find my blog and read this post. I just don't know how to tell them.
Bye!
